- Made to order: Our printing partner will have your mug finished in 2-5 business days.
- Delivery: Complimentary shipping is 3-4 business days.
- Order updates: You will get 2 emails. One to confirm your purchase right away. And another to confirm your mug is on the way with your tracking number.

The Mug
- Your observation is published on an 11 oz ceramic mug.
Returns
- Each mug is offered in a single color. All sales are final unless there is a printing defect or shipping damage.
- If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it.
- Just send us pictures of the mug to show the shipping damage or printing error, and we will get another sent out right away.
